Carl has worked as a healthcare executive for over thirty years.  He has run his own private consulting company, held leadership roles for leading health systems in the New York City Market, and for venture-backed startups.   Carl’s work focus has been on provider-based solutions leading to long-term success, and he has worked with small, mid-size, and large provider groups in almost every subspecialty, developing and executing competitive strategy.   Carl has focused on improving the provider-to-patient experience, inside a fundamentally designed and executed business plan.

Since joining SCALE, Carl has built upon his background, guiding SCALE Clients to success for a broader spectrum of needs.    At SCALE, he has led Teams in delivering client success focused on Turnaround Solutions, MSO Development, and Provider Integration & Performance.  Additionally, Carl has delivered insightful diligence work for provider groups, investors, and lenders.   Included in Carl’s work at SCALE is on-site interim/transition leadership for businesses, a growing need for expanding platforms nationally.  SCALE has allowed Carl to positively impact clients’ needs by combining a wealth of experience with a best-in-class consulting team supporting project needs.

Carl earned his BA at Union College, and his MBA in Finance at Fordham University.   Outside of work, he is an active member of his church, a life-long athlete, and an outdoors enthusiast.
