Bobby Trenczer Senior Managing Director of SCALE RCM

Bobby Trenczer is a dynamic leader and seasoned entrepreneur. With a passion for efficiency, Bobby has a long track record of process optimization and business transformation. After a long career in RCM services, Bobby joined forces with SCALE Healthcare to build the RCM Consulting practice. Since then, he and the RCM Consulting team have served more than 50 clients in over 20 practice specialties with RCM Assessments, creation of KPI Dashboards, Process Improvement and Interim RCM Leadership.

Recently Bobby developed a growth plan for a growing 35 provider Podiatry MSO enabling them to reduce their cost to collect from 5.5% to 2% by leveraging a combination of in-house leadership and expertise and offshore (SCALE provided) RCM execution resources.

For a mid-sized tele-health platform, Bobby created an RCM dashboard. In addition to standard RCM KPIs and graphs, the dashboard included patient registration exception reporting and accrual accounting information to enable the CFO to better project cash flow and manage financial performance.

Bobby recognizes the revenue cycle begins with patient intake. While providing interim RCM leadership for an addiction treatment MSO Bobby uncovered & resolved a system-issue that was preventing locations from providing timely patient intake and often delaying life-saving care for high-risk addicts.

Under his leadership, SCALE RCM is dedicated to maximizing client revenue by increasing claim throughput, reducing denials, minimizing accounts receivable, and optimizing charge capture. Bobby brings a wealth of expertise to his role, including proficiency in statistical process controls, programming, robotic process automation (RPA), and data analytics.

He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a BS in physics after starting his education at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Bobby also holds a Six Sigma Blackbelt.
