Terence is the Head of Product at Scale Healthcare, including data analytics and automation solutions.
Terence is a seasoned product and technology leader with over 12 years of experience in digital health. He has deep expertise in data analytics, process automation, patient communication, compliance, data security, and healthcare data architecture.
Terence has held product and technology leadership roles at Olive AI, Clinical Trial Media, Clarity Software Solutions, and Health Central. He built customer-focused software solutions for providers, payors, pharma, and patients.
Terence’s commitment to the industry extends beyond his leadership roles. He actively advises early-stage mission-oriented companies, such as Kool Nerd Connect (Career awareness training for high school students in underserved communities) and ACIRAH (Increase participation by black women in clinical trials), sharing his expertise and contributing to their growth.
Before the last 12 years of experience with VC and PE-backed Digital Health companies, Terence held leadership roles with GE and Sony Electronics. He graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
