SCALE Marketing is celebrating its six-month anniversary this month! Since inception, we have engaged 12 multi-location provider platforms across 8 specialty areas supported by 7 private equity sponsors. Many of these relationships started with our signature Strategy Marketing Assessment and have led to ongoing support in digital marketing, brand strategy, or general marketing management.
After completing a strategic marketing assessment, SCALE Marketing is acting as the CMO for one of the nation’s largest foot and ankle specialty platforms. As part of this engagement, we are managing the third-party marketing service providers, hiring and directing internal marketing resources, integrating recent platform acquisitions, and developing the marketing growth plan for 2022.
SCALE Marketing completed two strategic marketing assessment and planning engagements this past month for multi-location provider platforms and is now helping these Clients execute on strategic recommendations. They have also engaged two additional clients including a second complete branding and website development project for a new specialty care platform.
After completing its first two engagements, SCALE Marketing is currently working on seven new client projects including two complete naming, branding, and website development projects for new specialty care platforms.
