SCALE Finance was a life-saver. Their ability to step in and get up to speed on very short notice as interim CFO provided SPCP with stability and continuity during an important transition for our organization. They identified multiple opportunities for improvement along with several areas of risk in our revenue cycle process and led the implementation of cross functional processes and procedures to improve collections in a very short period of time.  SCALE Finance also provided our new CFO with a roadmap for success during his ramp-up.
