Rauf is an accomplished healthcare consulting professional with 5+ year’s progressive work experience in clinical health strategy, electronic health record implementation, insurance logistics, and workflow optimization. His most recent role prior to joining SCALE was as a Strategy Consultant at Baylor Scott and White Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Texas and one of the largest in the United States. He is known for his ability to apply clinical strategies to deliver effective solutions to physician and hospital clients. He is an experienced healthcare management leader responsible for creating and executing work plans, identifying dependencies, and increasing access of clinical EHR systems.

Rauf earned his MBA in Healthcare Management from The University of Texas at Dallas and his BS degree in Kinesiology from Penn State University.
