He brings more than 35 years of experience in health care leadership, having served roles as a hospital administrator, as well as a physician practice, population management market, healthcare M&A and healthcare business development executive. Mike recently served as Head of Strategy and Business Development at The Oncology Institute.
Keith is the Chief Advisor of Healthcare System Strategy at Scale. He is a seasoned CEO with a record of delivering consistent, profitable growth in highly complex systems and turnarounds. Previously, Keith was the President and CEO of Phelps Memorial Hospital Center, one of the largest employers in Westchester County, NY with 1,700 employees and 500 physicians, for over 25 years.
Charles is the Chief Advisor of Hospital Relations and Urgent Care at Scale. Most recently, Charles was the President of CityMD, one of the largest Urgent Care Healthcare providers in the NY Metropolitan area. Charles previously held several leadership positions for Northwell Health serving as its Co-Chief Operating Officer and its Chief Administrative Officer. While at Northwell Health, he also developed a “for profit” retail ambulatory and pharmacy healthcare business. Northwell Health is a top 10 health provider on Long Island and in New York City with over 60,000 employees and 17 hospitals and affiliates.
