We are also working with a multi-site, multi-state nephrology platform to conduct a thorough evaluation of their talent acquisition, recruitment and on-boarding processes, and organizational learning.

SCALE Executive Search has been assisting a Client with the search for a VP of RCM. Together with SCALE RCM, we sourced and vetted candidates and conducted interviews over the past month. We have narrowed down these applicants to a small pool of candidates our Client will select from.

SCALE played a valuable role in selecting a VP of IT for a client this month. The client’s internal HR team sourced candidates and we vetted resumes and conducted interviews to narrow the field. Our preferred candidate was selected and has already begun his new role.
